CHAPTER 6 First Steps The twins were now 10 months old, and therefore, ready for walking! Mr and Mrs Mckelle excitedly held out their hands, on parent on either side. They were teaching the twins to walk. At first, Een and Enna kept falling, but they still didn't give up. Soon, Een could walk a maximum of three steps. Although Enna could barely walk a step, she kept trying. After three hours, Een could almost reach Mrs Mckelle and Enna could walk five steps! Every day, they practiced and practiced and practiced, until they could walk over fifty steps; maybe with a bit of falling. The twins were smiling from ear to ear with proudness.
